Enjoy the charming garden and an interesting courtyard. We serve a full English breakfast with homemade jams, marmalades and freshly made coffee or tea. Or, we can provide you with a light continental breakfast with fresh fruit.

This bed and breakfast is ideally situated close to the beautiful city of Norwich (half an hour drive) and close to the coastal town of Southwold with its charming beach, pier and excellent pubs. The Norfolk Broads are within a 10 minute drive, in Beccles.

"The Folly Studio" - Ann's tiny, pretty art studio is in a secret courtyard garden. Lots of art for sale and if you feel like painting do join in! (Tuition can also be arranged with Christopher Humphries, a local professional artist)
